The prices displayed on the site are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD).
Most of the products come with snipped labels/tags. Please check with us prior to purchasing the products if you are particular about the labels/tags.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND
All sales are final and goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
All products are checked before sending them to you. If there is really a problem with our products, please email us within 3 days once we mailed out your products. We reserve the rights to determine what constitutes as a defective item. Exchange/refund will be considered on a case-to-case basis.
For exchange/refund, the products are to be returned to us in the same condition we sent to you within 3 days from the date we replied with our returned address.
Exchanges/refund will not be allowed if the returned products reach us after the deadline indicated in our email. Please be informed that customers have to bear for the shipping costs in sending and returning of the items.
Customers have to exchange for items which is of same or higher value than their purchased items. We regret that no cash refund is allowed.
